Application Services

Our caring and professional staff will walk you through the steps needed for you to obtain your medical cannabis card.

You will be able to see an MD, get your photograph taken and processed, have your fingerprints done and submitted, and take care of filing your application for you.

We will help you by holding your hand through the entire process.


Walk In Services

You can visit our staff at the Pekin location Monday-Friday 11 am - 5 pm for some services.

If your MD has signed the Physician Consent form, a walk-in intake may be possible.
